ELIGIBILITY<\/strong>: The Giving Thanks 500k Unity Point Giveaway (\u201cPromotion\u201d) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older, excluding residents of Rhode Island.\u00a0 Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request.\u00a0 Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of HRD Games, LLC (\u201cSponsor\u201d) and each of their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to participate.<\/li>\n

        Entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be honored.\u00a0 Entrants may only enter using a single Seminole Social Casino account for Seminole Social Casino play, or a single email account for email entry.\u00a0 Entrants may not enter multiple times with multiple Seminole Social Casino accounts.\u00a0 Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple\/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may void that entrant\u2019s entries and that entrant may be disqualified (and forfeits all prizes won), in Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion.\u00a0 In addition, entrants may not use automated or scripted programs or means to enter either through Seminole Social Casino play or email entry.<\/p>\n

        In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the \u201cauthorized account holder\u201d of the Seminole Social Casino or email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.\u00a0 \u201cAuthorized account holder\u201d is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by the organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted entry.\u00a0 A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the entry.<\/p>\n

        Entries received after the conclusion of the Entry Period will not be valid for any prizes. DRAWINGS\/ODDS<\/strong>: On or around December 8th<\/sup>, 2023 (\u201cDrawing Date\u201d), a random drawing will take place to select twenty (20) prize winners allocated according to the prize categories listed in Section 7 below, from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.\u00a0 Winners will be notified on or around the Drawing Date.\u00a0 Entries are cumulative throughout the Entry Period.\u00a0 Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the number of prizes for each prize category. \u00a0A winner need not be present to win. Sponsor\u2019s decisions regarding winners are final.<\/li>\n
        2. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY<\/strong>: By entering, entrants: (a) agree that they have read and agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respects; and (b) represent and warrant that they are in compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and that they are not prohibited from participating in the Promotion.<\/li>\n
